Muhammad
A false prophet
The Qur'an commands Muslims to believe in the revelations given to all of God's prophets. These prophets include Moses, David, and Jesus (peace be upon them). Muslims must believe in the revelations received by such prophets. Books associated with them are called by the names Torah, Psalms, and Gospel.*
Muslims must believe in the Torah, Psalms and the Gospels because the Quran refers to them. But do those Scriptures agree with the Quran? Anybody with basic knowledge of the Scriptures knows that the Quran contradicts them in many fundamental ways. So the Quran and the Scriptures cannot both be true. This is a dilemma for Muslims. Obviously most Muslims do not have any proper knowledge of what is written in the Scriptures.
Muhammad in the Old Testament?
Arguments that prophecies of Muhammad in the Bible presaged his birth, teachings, and death have formed part of Muslim tradition from the early history of Muhammad's Ummah. Subsequent Muslim writers have expanded on these viewpoints and have argued that they can specifically identify references to Muhammad in the text of the Bible, being found both in the Jewish Tanakh and in the Christian New Testament.
Muslims claim that the Old Testament contains references to Muhammad. Wikipedia lists some of those texts claimed by Muslims. But none of the examples are specific. Here's what the Quran says...
Quran - Surah 7:157
Those who follow the Messenger, the unlettered prophet, whom they find written in what they have of the Torah and the Gospel, who enjoins upon them what is right and forbids them what is wrong and makes lawful for them the good things and prohibits for them the evil and relieves them of their burden and the shackles which were upon them. So they who have believed in him, honored him, supported him and followed the light which was sent down with him - it is those who will be the successful.
The Quran claims that Muhammad is mentioned in the Torah and the Gospel. But where? Of course anybody who understrands the very basics of the Scriptures knows that there is no mention of Muhammad anywhere. The Old Testament prophecies are fulfilled with YHWSO Messiah, the greatest and last prophet Who completes all with His First and Second Coming. Muslim scholars try everything in order to make it look like certain verses refer to Muhammad, their revered prophet, instead of YHWSO Messiah. One of those scholars starts his reasoning with the following verse...
Deuteronomy 18:18 (TS2009)
I shall raise up for them a Prophet like you out of the midst of their brothers. And I shall put My Words in His mouth, and He shall speak to them all that I command Him.
This obviously refers to YHWSO who is also called the Word of God. It is even mentioned by YHWSO Himself...
Luke 24:27 (TS2009)
And beginning at Mosheh and all the Prophets, He was explaining to them in all the Scriptures the matters concerning Himself.
Muslims, however, take this verse out of context and try to make themselves and the world believe it refers to Muhammad...
The Christians say that this prophecy refers to Jesus (pbuh) because Jesus (pbuh) was like Moses (pbuh). Moses (pbuh) was a Jew, as well as Jesus (pbuh) was a Jew. Moses (pbuh) was a Prophet and Jesus (pbuh) was also a Prophet. If these two are the only criteria for this prophecy to be fulfilled, then all the Prophets of the Bible who came after Moses (pbuh) such as Solomon, Isaiah, Ezekiel, Daniel, Hosea, Joel, Malachi, John the Baptist, etc. (pbut) will fulfill this prophecy since all were Jews as well as prophets. ...*
It is easily shown that this "pbuh" Muslim scholar is a deceiver. He first sets up a straw man and leaves out crucial information in order to seemingly destroy the fact that the verse refers to YHWSO Messiah. The extremely simplistic view, evidenced by the two insignificant criteria, leaves out the most important thing only Moses and YHWSO have in common. Moses brought the written law to God's people in the form of the Torah (the Old Testament). YHWSO came to strengthen and complete that law with the Golden Rule (Matthew 5:17). This Muslim scholar doesn't understand the very basics of the prophecy and the significance of the coming of YHWSO. He continues...
It is Mentioned in the book of Deuteronomy chapter 18:19. "And it shall come to pass, that whosoever will not harken unto my words which he shall speak in my name, I will require it of him."*
And again this verse is taken out of context by this Muslim. Here is what Moses said...
Deuteronomy 18:15-19 (TS2009)
YHWH your Elohim shall raise up for you a Prophet like me from your midst, from your brothers. Listen to Him, according to all you asked of YHWH your Elohim in Horeb in the day of the assembly, saying, YHWH my Elohim, nor let me see this great fire any more, lest I die.’ “And YHWH said to me, ‘What they have spoken is good. I shall raise up for them a Prophet like you out of the midst of their brothers. And I shall put My Words in His mouth, and He shall speak to them all that I command Him. And it shall be, the man who does not listen to My Words which He speaks in My Name, I require it of him.
Obviously the brothers to whom Moses was talking were the Israelites, the Jews. So the prophet he talks about must have been a Jew. Muhammad certainly was not. Of course YHWSO Messiah was born a Jew (Matthew 2:2). The Words of God that God would put in His mouth were spoken by YHWSO Messiah (John 12:49). To clarify this verse Paul says in the New Testament...
Acts 3:20-24 (TS2009)
and that He sends YHWSO Messiah, pre-appointed for you, whom heaven needs to receive until the times of restoration of all matters, of which Elohim spoke through the mouth of all His set-apart prophets since of old. "For Mosheh truly said to the fathers, 'YHWH your Elohim shall raise up for you a Prophet like me from your brothers. Him you shall hear according to all matters, whatever He says to you. 'And it shall be that every being who does not hear that Prophet shall be utterly destroyed from among the people.' "And likewise, all the prophets who have spoken, from Shemu'el and those following, have also announced these days.
Again this obviously refers to YHWSO Messiah Who fulfills the Old Testament prophecies. Then this Muslim continues with his ridiculous nonsense...
It is mentioned in the book of Isaiah chapter 29 verse 12: "And the book is delivered to him that is not learned, saying, Read this, I pray thee: and he saith, I am not learned." When Archangel Gabrail commanded Muhammad (pbuh) by saying Iqra - "Read", he replied, "I am not learned".*
Here's a refutation of this extremely stupid nonsense of this Muslim scholar...
source
Isaiah 29 is a chapter of announcing punishment on Israel. ... and as part of the punishment we read that God will also take away the ability to read (understand) the holy word because they have disobeyed it for so long.*
This is evidence for either the utter stupidity of this Muslim scholar, or the utter dishonesty. Here is more crap from this man...
Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) is mentioned by name in the Song of Solomon chapter 5 verse 16: "Hikko Mamittakim we kullo Muhammadim Zehdoodeh wa Zehraee Bayna Jerusalem."*
And here is what this verse really says in The Scriptures...
Song of Solomon 5:16 (TS2009)
His mouth is most sweet, And he is altogether lovely. This is my beloved, and this is my friend, O daughters of Yerushalayim!
These Muslim scholars are simply ridiculous when they try to place Muhammad into the Scriptures. The Song of Solomon is simply a love song which of course has nothing to do with a false prophet and pervert. See also Answering Muslims' article Muhammad in Song of Solomon 5:16?* It is telling that so many ignorant Muslims around the world buy into the nonsense.
Muhammad in the New Testament?
Quran - Surah 61:6
And [mention] when Jesus, the son of Mary, said, "O children of Israel, indeed I am the messenger of Allah to you confirming what came before me of the Torah and bringing good tidings of a messenger to come after me, whose name is Ahmad." But when he came to them with clear evidences, they said, "This is obvious magic."
Here in Surah 61:6 the Quran clearly states that YHWSO mentioned Muhammad, a prophet coming after Him. Let's see whether this is true. The Muslim scholar continues...
John chapter 14 verse 16: "And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you forever." ... The Sprit of Truth, spoken about in this prophecy referes to none other than Prophet Muhammad (pbuh)*
And here is the abused verse, taken out of context to fit with Islamic lies, in its proper context...
John 14:16-17, 26 (TS2009)
And I shall ask the Father, and He shall give you another Helper, to stay with you forever — the Spirit of the Truth, whom the world is unable to receive, because it does not see Him or know Him. But you know Him, for He stays with you and shall be in you. ... [and later on in verse 26] ... But the Helper, the Set-apart Spirit, whom the Father shall send in My Name, He shall teach you all, and remind you of all that I said to you.
And after YHWSO's resurrection...
John 20:21-22 (TS2009)
Then YHWSO said to them again, "Peace to you! As the Father has sent Me, I also send you." And having said this, He breathed on them, and said to them, "Receive the Set-apart Spirit.
And confirmed by Paul...
Acts 1:1-3 (TS2009)
The first account I made, O Theophilos, of all that YHWSO began both to do and to teach, until the day when He was taken up, after giving instructions through the Set-apart Spirit to the emissaries whom He had chosen, to whom He also presented Himself alive after His suffering by many infallible proofs, being seen by them for forty days, speaking concerning the reign of Elohim.
This obviously talks about the Spirit of Truth, not some person, as is evidenced by the direct context itself. This Spirit of Truth was later given by YHWSO to His disciples. A Muslim trying to bend it to refer to Muhammad is pathetic to say the least. Muslim scholars are obviously full of crap talk when they try to mix Muhammad into the Scriptures. They take verses out of context and bend and twist their meaning. All of this clearly shows that Muhammad and his Quran are not linked to the Scriptures bothways which obviously shows it is bogus set up by a false prophet very likely inspired by a deceiving spirit like Allah, the pagan moon god.
Muhammad, a false prophet
John 14:6 (TS2009)
YHWSO said to him, "I am the Way, and the Truth, and the Life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.
It cannot be any more clear that after YHWSO there would not come any other prophet. Muhammad is a false prophet misleading countless ignorants as is also foretold by YHWSO in the Gospels...
Matthew 7:15 (TS2009)
But beware of the false prophets, who come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are savage wolves. "By their fruits you shall know them. Are grapes gathered from thornbushes or figs from thistles?
In a sad attempt some Muslims try to circumvene these facts by claiming that the Scriptures have been corrupted. It is proven beyond any doubt by the Dead Sea Scrolls that the content of the Old Testament hasn't been changed in its essence since at least 400 BCE. By claiming that His Word is corrupt they belittle Almighty God. His Word is the Truth always and everywhere and everybody can know it by studying the Scriptures (2 Timothy 3:16-17). But that's obviously something most Muslims have never done. Otherwise they wouldn't come up with such ridiculous crap. Here's a warning from God to Muslims doing what this Muslim scholar does...
Proverbs 30:5-6 (TS2009)
Every Word of Eloah is tried; He is a shield to those taking refuge in Him. Do not add to His Words, Lest He reprove you, and you be found a liar.
Muslims add the Quran to God's Word. They claim it is the most authorative book. The Quran mentions the Torah, Psalms and Gospel. They have nothing to show that the Torah, Psalms, Gospel or any other part of the Scriptures is linked to the Quran because there is no mention whatsoever of the Quran. The Scriptures only warn us about false prophets. Muhammad is obviously one of those false prophets.
Matthew 5:17 (TS2009)
Do not think that I came to destroy the Torah or the Prophets. I did not come to destroy but to complete.
Complete means finished and that there is no place for Muhammad nor the Quran. Muhammad simply is a false prophet, warned for in The Scriptures, inspired by the false pagan moon god Allah.
Son of God
Quran - Surah 4:171
O People of the Scripture, do not commit excess in your religion or say about Allah except the truth. The Messiah, Jesus, the son of Mary, was but a messenger of Allah and His word which He directed to Mary and a soul [created at a command] from Him. So believe in Allah and His messengers. And do not say, "Three"; desist - it is better for you. Indeed, Allah is but one God. Exalted is He above having a son. To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth. And sufficient is Allah as Disposer of affairs.
Muslims deny that YHWSO was the Son of God. Let's see what God says about this in His inspired Word...
Matthew 3:16-17 (TS2009)
And having been immersed, YHWSO went up immediately from the water, and see, the heavens were opened, and He saw the Spirit of Elohim descending like a dove and coming upon Him, and see, a voice out of the heavens, saying, "This is My Son, the Beloved, in whom I delight."
So obviously, God Himself said it. There are many verses that confirm it (Luke 1:35, Luke 22:70-71, John 1:49-50, John 20:31, etc...). The Gospels have to be accepted by Muslims, it is written in their own Quran. But they can't have it both ways. Either they accept the Word of God or they accept the word of Muhammad. Either they accept truth or they accept lies. Here's some advice from John which agrees with everything written in the Word of God...
1 John 2:22-23 (TS2009)
Who is the liar, except the one denying that YHWSO is the Messiah? This is the anti-messiah, the one denying the Father and the Son. No one denying the Son has the Father. The one confessing the Son has the Father as well.
Checkmate. Allah is not God. The Quran is not of God. Muhammad was a false prophet.
