On 17 July 2014 passenger flight MH17 was shot down over the war zone in Eastern Ukraine, killing all 283 passengers and 15 crew. A lot of facts undermine the official version of the event as presented by the western elite and their media.

In June 2014...

Fighters from Russia's Caucasus region have joined the separatists in eastern Ukraine, while Kiev has intensified its efforts to win back control of the region. Just 10 days after the presidential election there, the conflict is quickly turning into a war. ... The battalion is now the leading power in Donetsk. It may only consist of a few hundred fighters, but they are armed with anti-tank guns, machine guns and anti-aircraft weaponry. And what began in April as the occupation of the regional administration building has since become a serious territorial conflict.*

After the western-backed Euromaidan revolution and the western-backed coup the situation in Ukraine rapidly transformed into a bloody civil war between Western and Eastern Ukraine. That civil war turned into a proxy war with Western Ukraine backed by the US, EU and NATO and Eastern Ukraine by Russia. Several military airplanes were shot down prior to the MH17 disaster. On 14 June 2014 49 killed after transport jet brought down near Luhansk airport in major blow for Kiev.* On 14 July An-26 plane was hit at an altitude of 6,500m.* On 17 July, the same day MH17 was shot down, a report that a SU-25 warplane was shot down. But nobody prohibited passenger flights to fly over the intensifying war zone in Eastern Ukraine?

At least since March 2014 NATO sent AWACS to patrol the borders of Ukraine. NATO said it used them to look a very long way* and that the surveillance flights would enhance the alliance's situational awareness*. These Awacs were used to spy on the war zone and beyond. Two NATO AWACS were patrolling the border of Ukraine and spotted flight MH17 by radar, then they lost contact and MH17 was shot down around 30 minutes later.*

What can be safely stated is that NATO knew better than anybody that Eastern Ukraine was a very dangerous war zone and that passenger airlines should never have been allowed to fly over it because the war was escalating to the point where airplanes were shot down more frequently. But they let it happen.

According to Eurocontrol the responsibility for letting passenger flights fly over certain territory is with the state.* The responsibles for allowing passenger flights over this intensifying war zone in Eastern Ukraine were NATO with its overseeing military intelligence capabilities, the newly installed Ukrainian pro-American puppet government led by president Petro Poroshenko, and the Dutch government which neglected warnings from the Ukrainian authorities as later became known. Ukraine had informed the Netherlands about the dangerous situation in its airspace prior to the MH17 crash but ministers did not pass the information on to airlines.*

The official press release on 18 July of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine stated...

In a few hours after the incident the Secret Service of Ukraine received and released the irrefutable evidences that this plane was shooted down by the pro-russian terrorists and by the Russia made weapon.*

Immediately after the downing of Flight MH17, Ukraine and the western elite and media began blaming Putin and Russia. But was there any uncontroversial conclusive evidence that proves Russia was directly involved in the shooting down of Flight MH17?

Fred Westerbeke, the chief MH17 Investigator of the Joint investigation team, answered in late October 2014...

No. If you read the newspapers, though, they suggest it has always been obvious what happened to the airplane and who is responsible. But if we in fact do want to try the perpetrators in court, then we will need evidence and more than a recorded phone call from the Internet or photos from the crash site. That's why we are considering several scenarios and not just one.*

On 25 July 2014 Paul Craig Roberts wrote...

After days of placing hostile blame for the downing of the Malaysian airliner on Russia, the White House permitted US intelligence officials to tell reporters that there is no evidence of the Russian government's involvement. Obviously, the US satellite photos do not support the Obama regime's lies. If the White House had any evidence of Russian complicity, it would have released it to great fanfare days ago.*

If at all there was any evidence against Russia it would have been presented to the world immediately with a big show. But there was no evidence of Russia's involvement. The disaster happened on 17 July. But even after publication of the preliminary report provided by the Dutch Safety Board in September 2014 there was still no conclusive evidence whatsoever. Not even in October as Fred Westerbeke, chief investigator for the Dutch national prosecution service, confirmed. That also means that the Ukrainian government lied and all the so-called "evidence" until that time was not valid evidence...

Pro-American and anti-Russian President Petro Poroshenko was installed by a western-backed coup. The Security Service of Ukraine is installed by the president of Ukraine. Would this SBU be a trustworthy source?
The SBU claimed to have intercepted telephone conversations between two Russian army people, whom the SBU calls "terrorists".*

The YouTube channel on which this video appears was created on 7 April 2014, at the time of the Ukrainian Crisis, and has a link to the official SBU homepage. The western media eagerly took this video as evidence without question. Headlines read Smoking Guns: Russian Separatists Shot Down Malaysian Flight MH17; Putin Must Be Held Responsible * and This Video Shows The Evidence Ukraine Has Put Together About The Downing Of Malaysia Flight MH17 *. However, audio analysts easily showed that the video was a fabrication of the SBU.* It consists of three separate conversations*, as also mentioned by RT*, the Russian news outlet which was later banned by "democratic" western governments.

The SBU is known to have created similar false evidence before, for example in another video which is found on another anti-Russian propaganda channel.* It starts around 2m30s. It's of course completely unverifiable and amateuristic. The Ukrainian Secret Service creates its own false evidence against Russia. And the western power elite and their media continued spreading a message that was already fixed before any evidence.

This US public relations spokeswoman first utters a lie and then admits that the only evidence they have comes from social media. But as journalist Matthew Lee mentioned, that can of course easily be countered with other social media on the internet claiming the exact opposite.

On 18 July Malay Mail reported that Malaysia Airlines was told to fly low over Ukrainian airspace by ground controllers, putting it at 33,000 feet, just skimming 1,000 feet above restricted altitude.*
Reuters reported that Malaysia Airlines filed a flight plan requesting to fly at 35,000 feet throughout Ukraine airspace but was instructed by Ukraine air traffic control to fly at 33,000 feet upon entry.*
The Guardian stated: Eurocontrol, which coordinates air traffic agencies across Europe, said the aircraft was flying at a height of 10,000 metres when it disappeared from the radar. “This route had been closed by the Ukrainian authorities from ground to flight level 320 but was open at the level at which the aircraft was flying,” it said.*
On 19 July 2014 The Guardian reported that Malaysia Airlines plane was flying lower than planned and may have diverted on to more northerly course over Donetsk. ... In response to claims that weather led to MH17 changing its flight plan, Malaysia Airlines director of operations Izham Ismail said that it had no reports from the pilot to suggest that this was the case. The airline has been keen to stress that after the International Civil Aviation Organisation in April identified an area over the Crimea peninsula as risky, its aircraft had "at no point" flown into or requested to fly into the area.*

According to many media the pilots were ordered to fly lower than usual. That's weird because the Dutch Safety Board's final investigation report published on 13 October 2015 says that the pilots were requested to fly at a higher altitude, "FL350" instead of "FL330", which the pilots supposedly refused because FL330 is the most fuel efficient flight altitude for that type of Boeing under the prevailing conditions.

The truth could be found in the data from the Ukrainian air traffic control centre...

Where is the crucial air traffic control data?

Every nation's air traffic control centre is in contact with all airplanes in its airspace at least once every minute by means of Secondary Surveillance Radar. According to the Preliminary Report by the Dutch Safety Board flight MH17 was under control of Dnipropetrovs'k air traffic control centre (Dnipro Radar).

But Ukraine did not release its air traffic control data. On the day of the disaster the BBC published an article with the following information: Ukraine's SBU security service has confiscated recordings of conversations between Ukrainian air traffic control officers and the crew of the doomed airliner, a source in Kiev has told Interfax news agency.* Supposedly the recordings were confiscated by the corrupt Ukraine's Security Service directly after the disaster. Meanwhile this information disappeared from their website but the information was already copied by several news outlets and it was also confirmed in a later Wikipedia Talk called Talk:Malaysia Airlines Flight 17/Archive 16...

The Ukrainian ambassador to Malaysia Ihor Humennyi later denied that the SBU had confiscated the recordings but couldn't give any evidence*, nor could he explain what happened to the recordings. Obviously, this stinks to high heaven. Ukrainian authorities never released the crucial air traffic control data. This is called spoliation of evidence and it makes Ukraine a suspect of the crime. The Ukrainian authorities deliberately obstructed the investigation. Later more about the official MH17 investigation.

Where are the US satellite images?

The United States will offer whatever assistance we can to determine what happened and why.*

But did Barack Obama speak the truth? Robert Parry noted...

What did the U.S. surveillance satellite imagery show? It's hard to believe that — with the attention that U.S. intelligence has concentrated on eastern Ukraine for the past half year that the alleged trucking of several large Buk anti-aircraft missile systems from Russia to Ukraine and then back to Russia didn't show up somewhere... Are we supposed to believe ... that the U.S. government with the world's premier intelligence services can't track three lumbering trucks each carrying large mid-range missiles?*

Veteran Intelligence Professionals for Sanity wrote a letter to Obama stating that his administration has not provided any satellite imagery showing that the separatists had such weaponry.*

So the nation with the most advanced intelligence and espionage apparatus in the world couldn't provide satellite images immediately after the disaster? With NATO constantly patrolling Ukraine's border? It takes a complete idiot to believe that. The fact that the United States refused to show its satellite images, let alone any other serious evidence besides unverifiable social media, speaks strongly in its disadvantage. Logic and reality again point to a cover-up.

Russian defense minister Anatoly Antonov rightfully asked: Where is this data? Why hasn't it been made public? Is it because it is still being cooked, if I may say so?* Russia has of course all right to the evidence on which the western leaders base their accusations against Russia. So far the world has seen nothing from the west. That means there is nothing, otherwise it would have been immediately presented in order to damage Russia. Russia asked some obvious questions* to the Ukraine and the United States in their presentation of the evidence. These questions were unanswered or waved away as "Russian propaganda" without any evidence. All this surely doesn't look good for the Ukraine and the United States.

What a clown. The western leaders came with bold claims of this and that without showing the evidence. They talked about "social media" here and there. Social media?! These kind of elite are never going to answer the questions asked by Russia simply because the right answers are not in favour of their prefabricated anti-Russian narrative. At the same time their western media presstitutes continued with their anti-Putin propaganda...

Time magazine comes with the following blurb...

Armed with an array of media outlets, the prime suspect in the investigation — the Russian government — has long been able to maintain an element of doubt, at least enough to shift blame, confuse the facts and delay the dispensation of justice.*

Without evidence western leaders and their puppets made harsh accusations against Putin and Russia. As expected, anti-Russian Ukrainian prime minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk, newly installed with the western-backed coup in Ukraine, made some wild accusations against Putin and Russia in an attempt to look emotional and human. He talked about innocents who were killed by Russian-led terrorists... Bastards. We know he had zero evidence to back up those wild accusations and we know that the Ukrainian elite themselves are suspects. According to Forbes the newly installed pro-western government in Ukraine made it known that being anti-Russia was their top priority. Their first order of business was to remove the Russian language in official communications in the government.* They were supported by the western elite.

Without any evidence US President Barack Obama strongly insinuated who was to blame. Australian PM Tony Abbott said that it is highly probable that MH17 was shot down by a pro-Russian separist controlled surface-to-air missile. Hillarious Clinton insinuated that the equipment had to have come from Russia. John Kerry said the evidence is quite enormous. David Cameron said that MH17 was shot down by a SA-11 missile fired by separatists. Hilarious.

The Anglo-American power elite immediately pointed the finger at Russia* and urged to punish Putin* for this disaster. They were quick to impose further economic sanctions, duping innocent Russian people instead of Russian leaders. One important thing they forgot to present: the evidence. From the very beginning, the Anglo-American power elite were looking for reasons to impose economic sanctions on Russia, meant to destroy Russia economically. Their presstitutes went along with this dirty scheme...

Immediately after the disaster the biased western media began a massive anti-Putin and anti-Russia campaign which of course had the desired effect on the extremely ignorant sheeple in the west. The western media withheld crucial information from the general public like for example the fact that the Ukrainian army itself possesses the weapons and the military ability to bring down passenger flights like MH17, including BUK surface-to-air missile systems as were supposedly used to down MH17.*

They were quick to report that the weapon with which MH17 was downed was supplied by Russia, came from an area that its separatists controlled and involved training—if not outright participation—from the Russian military.* Obviously, the chance that MH17 was downed with a weapon made in Russia was high because both parties in the conflict, Ukraine and the pro-Russian rebels, use Russian weapons. The western media use this irrelevant fact to insinuate that Putin is to blame. But if Russia were to blame for downing MH17 only because it supplied the weapons then it would make the Anglo-American and western power elite guilty of countless deaths of innocent people around the world because they lead the global arms industry. What a joke.

Another fact that was omitted from the western media is that pro-Russian separatists, called "Russian-led terrorists" by the west, fight against an illegal government in Kiev that was installed with help from the Anglo-American power elite who also supported the neo-Nazis in Ukraine. The illegal western-backed government installed by the west is of course anti-Russian. The pro-Russian separatists were attacked by those same western media in order to make the sheeple at home think the worst of them.

For example The New York Post said: Carry-on bags and backpacks lay open, pillaged by looters.* The Daily Mail said: A photograph widely circulating on social media last night purported to show a Russian separatist fighter stealing a ring from a victim of the MH17 crash.* But here's the truth about the events used to denigrate the separatists...

Mainstream western media, owned and controlled by the western elite, all take part in the typical western anti-Russian propaganda. We live in a world in which the separatists are displayed as terrorists and the terrorists in control of the media present themselves as the freedom fighters of the world.

The Dutch Safety Board investigated the downing of flight MH17. The members of the Joint Investigation Team are The Netherlands, Belgium, Australia, Malaysia... and Ukraine! There are very serious and obvious problems with this investigation which are being ignored by the west.

Malaysia was initially excluded from the investigation** by the western power elite. This is suspicious because the airplane belonged to Malaysia Airlines. It's like investigating a murder but leaving out an important eye witness. The reason is easily explained by the fact that the western power elite did not want to include a party in their investigation that could offer objective evidence likely in disfavor of them.

More shockingly, Ukraine is included in the team despite the fact that Ukraine should be a principal suspect in the mystery of who was responsible for killing 298 people.* Ukraine confiscated crucial air traffic control data and never released it and even fabricated false evidence as mentioned earlier. Incredible, but that's not all, prime suspect Ukraine has signed a non-disclosure agreement with the other JIT members, meaning that they have the complete right of veto over what information is and isn't made public. On 20 July 2014 we read that pro-Russian separatists wanted to cooperate and demanded a truce with Kiev before allowing access to the crash site on their territory.* This is sensible knowing that this is a warzone in control of the separatists.

However, the western-backed government in Kiev didn't feel like a truce and soon launched a heavy offensive around the crash zone. On 22 July The Guardian reported: investigators say train being loaded with bodies will soon be moved as Ukraine launches offensive near Donetsk station.* On 27 July The Daily Mail reported: fighting was taking place too close to the MH17 crash site. On 27 July Andriy Lysenko, a spokesman for Ukraine's Security Council, gave the following statement: All our troops are aiming to get there and liberate this territory so that we can guarantee that international experts can carry out a 100-percent investigation of the site and get all proof needed to deduce the real reason for this tragedy.* On 28 July 2014 the National Post reported: Government troops have stepped up their push to win back territory from pro-Russian separatists in fighting that the United Nations said Monday has killed more than 1,100 people in four months. The international delegation of Australian and Dutch police and forensic experts stopped Monday in Shakhtarsk, a town around 30 kilometres from the fields where the Boeing 777 was brought down. Sounds of regular shelling could be heard from Shakhtarsk and residents were seen fleeing town in cars.* On 29 July Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte has called Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko to ask government forces to stop fighting around the Malaysia Airlines crash site after experts were unable to get there for a third day running.*

Ukraine obstructed the investigation. This is also what CNN correspondent Ivan Watson said on 29 July 2014...

Here's what's blocking the investigators: the Ukrainian military announced yesterday, Chris, that it had launched an offensive to capture several key towns around the Malaysian air crash zones. ... The Ukrainian military ... deny that they have any presence on the crashsite, but then they give a kind of contradictory explanation, they say "no, we're not shooting near the disaster zone, we're just trying to capture it", which doesn't seem to add up logically.*

And on 30 July...

What we do know is the Ukrainian military, basically, it offensive starting Monday against a number of towns on the road to the crash site are part of what have blocked Australian and Dutch investigators of being able to reach the crash site for four straight days. Before this offensive took place from the Ukrainian military, as recently as last Thursday, I could travel freely to the crash zone when it was firmly in control of the separatists.*

What's stopping investigators reaching the site? On Monday, the Ukrainian military announced an offensive against a number of key towns on the main road towards the MH17 crash site. That fighting seems to be blocking the OSCE-led investigators, CNN's Ivan Watson says. Ukrainian military spokesmen deny that government forces control the debris field. They say Ukraine is adhering to a 40 kilometer combat exclusion zone around the crash site. But the main Ukrainian military spokesman Andrey Lisenko has also said that Ukrainian forces have gotten "very close" to the crash zone, and that they are trying to capture it from the pro-Russian rebels, Watson says. "As soon as they leave, the experts will be able to start working there," Lisenko told reporters Tuesday.*

CNN reporter Ivan Watson confirmed that Kiev obstructed the investigation. Furthermore it is important to note that the Ukrainian authorities were lying. This is in line with their fabrication of false evidence. Why would Kiev obstruct this important investigation? Do they have something to fear from its outcome?

Despite the fact that they had undergone a massive negative propaganda campaign by Kiev and western media the pro-Russian separatists cooperated well with the investigation and handed over the MH17 black box, the Malaysian delegation thanked "his excellency Mr Borodai" for agreeing to the transfer* and no evidence or indications of manipulation of the recorder was found according to the Dutch Safety Board's Preliminary Report.

This official Dutch news article first appeared on 29 August 2014. In the meantime the Dutch Openbaar Ministerie took the article off its website. The agreement was signed on 7 August, but western mainstream media remained silent about this important document. It was not made public by the government until independent journalists revealed it.

A non-disclosure agreement, NDA, or secrecy agreement is a contract through which the parties agree not to disclose information covered by the agreement. An NDA creates a confidential relationship between the parties to protect any type of confidential and proprietary information or trade secrets. Such an agreement was signed by the JIT members, including Ukraine. Very suspicious to say the least. Also note that the article states: The resolution calls on all states and actors in the region to cooperate fully with the investigation efforts, including by providing unhindered access to the crash sites. This was not done by Ukraine.

In a statement made by the Dutch Ministry of Security and Justice it is said that the agreement is to remain classified. The reasons it gives are as expected...

I believe that this interest [international relations] is of greater importance than making the information public, as it is a unique investigation into an extremely serious event. In case the documents would be published it is expected that the cooperation between concerned parties and international organizations will be hampered and that parties would be reluctant to share information.*

It's the typical secrecy excuse given by the power elite.

On 8 August 2014 these four investigating nations signed an agreement that the results of the investigation would not be published unless all four countries agreed. This gave one of the prime suspects in the atrocity, Ukraine, an effective veto over any investigations result that attributed blame to them. This is an astonishing situation and probably without precedent in modern air crash investigations. More significantly however, is that the existence of this secret agreement was not announced by the Australian government, nor to the best of my knowledge has any report about the existence of the agreement or its extraordinary terms, been published in any mainstream publication.*

How absurd can it get? Ukraine has veto power to block harmful information about itself from being published. The public was kept in the dark about this agreement by the authorities and the mainstream media until independent journalists mentioned it. This smells like a typical cover-up by which the elite make sure no harmful information about themselves will be revealed.

Some family members of the victims were unhappy with the proceedings and demanded an independent investigation via their lawyer in a letter to the Dutch government. But the Dutch government dismissed their request in a letter stating...

In the criminal investigation, the countries involved in the Joint Investigation Team (JIT) have entered into a partnership with the aim of uncovering the truth. They have agreed to work together and to exercise restraint with regard to the disclosure of information about the investigation. The government has no reason whatsoever to believe that the authorities in any of the countries affected is failing to honour these commitments. There is a great willingness to work together.*

Dutch PM Mark Rutte often spoke of the importance of a thorough, independent investigation of the shooting down of Flight MH17.* Anybody who stresses the importance of a thorough, independent investigation while signing a secret agreement containing a veto for any member, allowing a prime suspect to investigate the crime, to obstruct the investigation, and to keep crucial evidence from being published must be a professional liar of the vilest kind...

The last couple of days we have received very disturbing reports of bodies being moved about and looted for their possessions. Just imagine for one minute, not as representatives of your countries, but as fathers and mothers, just imagine that one day you lose your loved one and then two or three days later see some thug steal their wedding ring from their remains. To my dying day I will not understand that it took so much time for the rescue workers to be allowed to do their difficult jobs and that human remains should be used in a political game. I hope the world will not have to witness this again, any time in the future. Images of children's toys being tossed around, luggage being opened or passports, including passports of children being shown, are turning our grief and mourning into anger. We demand unimpeded access to the terrain. We demand respectful treatment of the crash site. We demand dignity for the victims and the multitudes who mourn their loss.

Frans Timmermans is a typical example of a Machiavellian psychopath. This man is not stupid, he knows what he is doing. These kind of snakes pretend to be human and dress in nice suits while they belie and deceive nations in order to gain a promotion in the corrupt pyramid of power. After his so-called "emotional" speech he got a promotion. On 1 November 2014 this man became First Vice President of the European Commission. Under President Jean-Claude Juncker who is known to have been responsible for having turned Luxembourg into Europe's leading tax haven for the super-rich. Birds of a feather flock together.

These western power elite are responsible for many aggressive wars related to power around the world and they conspire together to accuse Russia, their perceived enemy, of the worst of crimes without evidence. They quickly imposed sanctions aimed at destroying Russia without ever thinking about the consequences their sanctions have on common Russian people. They seek destruction not dialogue and they have the western sheeple populations in their spell.
